FIKES UPNVJ - On Thursday, February 13, 2025, the Public Health Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN Veteran Jakarta held an online Management Review Meeting. This activity is a routine agenda in order to evaluate and improve the quality of academic management in the study program environment which is attended by all lecturers of the Public Health Study Program. The meeting was led directly by Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang, S.K.M., M.Epid as the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program. The meeting, which was attended by the leadership of the study program, lecturers, and the quality assurance team, discussed two main agendas, namely Preparation for Registration of Thesis for Even Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year and Progress of the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
In the first session, it discussed the preparation for the implementation of student theses, including scheduling and plotting of supervisors. The study program targets optimizing the guidance process, so that students can be better prepared in facing the final thesis defense.
The second session discussed the progress of the preparation of the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) for the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This agenda focuses on the evaluation and refinement of the RPS for all courses that will be used in lectures in the Even Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The review was carried out to ensure compliance with the graduate learning outcomes (CPL) in the latest curriculum for the 2024 public health study program. The progress of making and filling out the RPS in SIMPEL UPNVJ for the undergraduate public health study program has reached 85%, and is targeted to be completed as soon as possible in order to facilitate the learning process in that semester.
