GKM FIKES Meeting February 2025 "Restructuring of Quality Control Group (GKM)"

Dwi Suratmini, S.Kep., M.Kep (GKM S1 Kep), Andy Sirada, S.ST. M.Fis, AIFO (GKM S1 Physiotherapy), Dr. Avliya Quratul Marjan, S.Gz. M.Si (GKM S1 Nutrition), Chahya Kharin Herbawani, S.Keb.Bd. M.KM (GKM S1 Public Health), Ns. Susiana Jansen, M.Kep.Sp.Kep.An. S.Kep (GKM Profesi Ners), Apt. Riswandi Wasir, S.Farm., MPH, PhD (GKM S2 Public Health), All study program coordinators have been informed of the restructuring changes carried out today, in preparation for the deadline for the withdrawal of monitoring and evaluation for the preparation of Even Learning 2024/2025 on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 23.59.

Other results of this monthly meeting, namely Starting in 2025, direction from Deputy Dean 1, GKM needs to hold monthly meetings, The monthly meeting agenda will be held in the 3rd week, In 2025, there are new GKM members, please be able to learn and cooperate together during the process.

Routine GKM tasks include:

- Conducting monitoring and evaluation of learning preparation

- Conducting monitoring and evaluation of the learning process

- Reports are uploaded in a spreadsheet (link in the group description)

The procedure for implementing monitoring and evaluation is carried out on the simpenjamu account.

The GKM Remun rubric is assessed from:

- Report on monitoring and evaluation of learning preparation -> at the GKM Level of each study program

- Report on monitoring and evaluation of the learning process -> at the GKM Level of each study program

- Academic development report -> head and secretary of GKM

Important dates for monitoring and evaluation are currently in the letter shared in the group

GKM is expected to coordinate with the study program for the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, and assess the results of filling the study program.

During the assessment process, strict coordination of the evaluation results is needed, so that the study program knows.

Some obstacles to monitoring and evaluation:

- D3 Nursing: asking about the percentage of professors and practitioners -> has been followed up by the head of GKM

- S2 Public Health -> monitoring and evaluation of old study programs below 50% requires a request for value improvement ahead of study program accreditation.

- S1 Nutrition -> there are unfinished documents (Odd learning process for 2024-2025 academic year) still not filled in. -> so the hope is to fill it back in for AMI preparation.

- S1 Physiotherapy -> many are N/A so the value is not optimal -> the hope is that if there are obstacles, they will immediately attend LPMPP

- S1 Nursing and nursing profession study programs -> obstacles when values ​​overlap -> in the end they are separated to follow FK
