This actualization process, which began with the preparation of the design, was also under the guidance of a mentor, namely Ns. Cut Sarida Pompey, S.Kep., M.N.S who is the coordinator of the Nursing study program and head of the nursing department of the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, and coach Suhanda, S.Pd., M.A.P who is a team of instructors at the Center for Human Resources Training in Education and Culture, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The actualization of the development of the KMB professional nursing practice learning guide consists of 6 (six) stages of activities, namely consulting the actualization plan to the mentor, collecting references related to the development of the professional nursing practice guide for nurses in the KMB professional practice course, compiling a draft of the development of the professional nursing practice guide for nurses in the KMB professional practice course, conducting FGD (Focus Group Discussion) with mentors, heads of study programs, lecturers, CI (Clinical Instructors) of the practice area, and students, finalizing the draft of the development of the professional nursing practice guide for nurses, and socializing the professional nursing practice guide for nurses that are in accordance with standards and best practices. In the process of implementing this actualization, of course, the ASN values of Ber-AKHLAK (Service-Oriented), Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative) are implemented and internalized. The actualization process also applies the concept of ASN Management and SMART (Strategic, Measurable, Agile, Reliable, & Technologically) ASN.

Through the development of the KMB professional nursing practice guide, it is expected that prospective nursing graduates will receive optimal competency provisions needed in post-campus services in the future. It is expected that it will produce professional nursing graduates who are ready to work, able to provide quality nursing care, uphold the professional code of ethics, and are able to collaborate interprofessionally in the process of providing care to patients and their families.
