Preparation for Even Semester Professional Practice for the 2024-2025 Academic Year for semester 1 and semester 2 students.

Cut Sarida Pompey, S.Kep., M.N.S., and attended by the Secretary of the Nursing Profession Study Program, as well as the Coordinating Lecturer of Professional Practice for Odd and Even Semesters.
The meeting began with a discussion on the implementation plan and plotting of Professional Practice for Even Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Professional Practice in that semester will involve two batches of students, namely the 2024 Nursing Profession students (Semester 2) and the 2025 Nursing Profession Students (Semester 1), who are graduates of the Bachelor of Nursing program who completed their academic education in 3.5 years.
Changes in the implementation of Professional Practice require adjustments to the allocation of student quotas and plotting of practice locations, especially in partner hospitals. The next agenda is an evaluation of the implementation of the Odd Semester Professional Practice which will end in December 2024. This evaluation is carried out to identify obstacles and formulate steps for improvement for the implementation of future Professional Practice. The meeting was continued with FGD to discuss the Professional Practice Evaluation Guide. This guide will be a reference in the implementation and assessment of Professional Practice in the future, so that it is expected to improve the quality of professional practice and student readiness.[LBT]
