STUDY VISIT 2 2024 Arabian Nights: Arrange Better Improvement in Organization to Navigate Structure of the Members”

FIKES UPNVJ - The 2024 Friendly Gathering activity was held on Sunday, October 20, 2024 online via Zoom Meeting. This event has a theme, namely "Arabian Nights: Arrange Better Improvement in Organization to Navigate Structure of the Members". The general purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge, information, experience, and new ideas from HMKM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta to student organizations of other universities and vice versa, so that it can be applied directly to students of the Public Health Study Program, Undergraduate Program, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The specific objectives are to increase knowledge related to organizational sciences, build relationships with students of other universities in the long term and in a wider reach, provide new ideas and concepts in developing the organization, introduce the Public Health Student Association, Undergraduate Program, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta for the 2024/2025 period.

This event was hosted by the Master of Ceremony (MC), namely Zulfa Mardhiana and Salmin from HMKM UPNVJ 2024/2025. The event began with an opening and reading of a prayer followed by listening to the song Indonesia Raya, the National Defense March, and the Airlangga University Hymn. After that, remarks by Rafa Ilham Febriansyah as the Chief Executive of Study Visit 2 2024, Muhammad Raihan Hanif as the General Chairperson of HMKM UPNVJ for the 2024/2025 Period, and Isna Bella Nindy as the General Chairperson of HIMAPAR UNAIR. Then, the presentation of the Grand Design of HMKM UPNVJ by the General Chairperson of HMKM UPNVJ and the presentation of the Grand Design of HIMAPAR UNAIR by the General Chairperson of HIMAPAR UNAIR followed by ice breaking and a break.

The next event was the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session. The Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session was divided into 6 Groups. Group 1 was filled by BPH HMKM UPNVJ with BPH HIMAPAR UNAIR. Group 2 was filled by the KA Division of HMKM UPNVJ with the Ilpres Department. Group 3 was filled by the Communication and Information Division with the Public Relations Bureau and the Medical Department of HIMAPAR UNAIR. Group 4 was filled by the Social Division of HMKM UPNVJ with the Social Department of HIMAPAR UNAIR. Group 5 was filled by the KESIGA Division of HMKM UPNVJ with the Creative Economy Department of HIMAPAR UNAIR. Group 6 was filled by the PSDM Division of HMKM UPNVJ with the PSDM Bureau and the Seniora Department. Before closing, there was a gift of souvenirs from HMKM UPNVJ to HIMAPAR UNAIR and ended with a group photo. (AA)
