FIKES UPNVJ - On Saturday and Sunday, October 26-27, 2024, the Basic Leadership Training (LDKM) activity was held with the theme "Optimizing the spirit of leadership that has character, is critical and professional as a nursing student to be able to compete in the 5.0 era". This activity was carried out directly at the Limo Campus of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The number of participants who attended the 2024 LDKM activity was 67, namely participants consisting of DIII Nursing students of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta class of 2024. This 2024 LDKM activity is an activity to provide insight and improve leadership skills for new students of the 2024 academic year.
The series of activities on the second day, Sunday, October 27, 2024 began with participant registration and checking the participants' attribute equipment. First, the morning assembly was accompanied by the playing of the song Indonesia Raya and the National Defense March.
The next event was for participants to take part in the Marching Regulations (PBB) training guided by Naman and Yudi W Permadi. Next, the participants were directed to eat together and rest. After rest, the next activity was post to post. Each post has different challenges and tasks, there are 6 posts containing solidarity, leadership and the UN, Himadika, nursing games, critical thinking, and nursing care. Participants must be able to complete the challenges or tasks given to get a clue to the next post and a ribbon as a sign that they have completed the task at that post. After the post to post was completed, the participants continued to mobilize to the classroom to carry out joint reflections and Group Cheer performances and delivery of impressions and messages by LDKM 2024 participants. Then the prizes were distributed to the winners of the Group Cheer. The event was closed with an evaluation registration and a group photo session. (DA)
