Basic Leadership Training of the Nursing Student Association Diploma Three Program FIKES UPN "Veteran Jakarta" 2024 Day 1

FIKES UPNVJ - On Saturday and Sunday, October 26, 2024, the Basic Leadership Training (LDKM) activity was held with the theme "Optimizing the spirit of leadership that has character, is critical and professional as a nursing student to be able to compete in the 5.0 era". This activity was carried out directly at the Limo Campus of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The number of participants who attended the 2024 LDKM activity was 67, namely participants consisting of UPNVJ Nursing D3 students, class of 2024. The 2024 LDKM activity is an activity to provide insight and improve leadership skills for new students, class of 2024. The series of activities on the first day, Saturday, October 26, 2024 began with participant registration and checking the participants' attribute equipment. First, the morning assembly was accompanied by the playing of the song Indonesia Raya, then a speech from the Chief Executive by Berlianti Rosmawar Hayati followed by Muhammad Israfil as the Chairperson of Himadika and a speech from the Head of the Diploma Three Nursing Study Program of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, and the Deputy Dean for Cooperation, Alumni and Student Affairs.

After the speech, it was continued with the handover of name tags to new students by the Head of the Diploma Three Nursing Study Program and the Deputy Dean for Cooperation, Alumni and Student Affairs.

Mobilizing participants to the classroom, the event was opened by Ayunissa Balqis as the MC of the 2024 LDKM activity, then reading the rundown and rules of the event. The MC introduced the moderator of the 2024 LDKM event, namely Risma Irawan and reading the moderator's CV. Furthermore, moderator Risma Irawan read the CV of the first speaker. The next event was the presentation of the first material by Muhammad Israfil with material 1: "Let's Build Character and Integrity". The next session was the reading of CVs by the moderator and the presentation of the second material by Deswita Risdha Moelyana.

After the presentation of the second material, the participants and committee took a break. Next, the presentation of Himadika and Sekhim by BPH and Ketuplak Sekhim.

Next, moving on to the closing of the event, the MC instructed to take a group photo and continued the closing with a thank you for the event which was delivered by MC Ayunnisa Balqis.
