Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2024

FIKES UPNVJ - Depok, September 20, 2024 - With pride, the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta has held the Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2024 activity with the theme "Encouraging Entrepreneurial Spirit and Sports through Digital Technology to Create a Multitalented Generation with Creative and Innovative Souls". Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2024 is a work program of the Division of Creation, Arts, and Sports (Kreasor) with activities in the form of joint exercise, health checks, and art performances attended by students of the Nutrition Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta and the wider community. The Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2024 activity is expected to encourage awareness of students of the Nutrition Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and the wider community to implement a healthy lifestyle by exercising. In the Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2024 activity, there were health checks, door prizes, games, photo booths, NUCA and NURISE stands, and entertainment in the form of flash mobs, modern dance, and live music. This activity was organized by Nutrition Students (HIMAGI) for the 2023/2024 period on Friday, September 20, 2024 at the UPN “Veteran” Jakarta Faculty of Health Sciences Field.

The Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2024 activity consisted of a series of events starting with registration, opening by Ariel Bintang Jevon and Dwi Endah Palupiningtyas as MCs, singing the song Indonesia Raya, the National Defense March, and the UPN “Veteran” March. Then, it was continued with a speech by Karina Fanny Fauzi as the Chief Executive of Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2024, Fakhrina Fathurrizky as the Chairperson of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2023/2024 period, Mr. Nanang Nasrulloh, S.T.P., M.SI. as the Representative Coordinator of the Nutrition Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, and Mrs. Ns. Fiora Ladesvita, S.Kep., M.Kep, Sp.Kep.MB as the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs. The next activity was joint exercise with participants and a documentation session. Furthermore, participants were invited to visit the nutripeneur stand, alumni stand, health check stand, games stand, NUCA and NURISE stands, and photobooths that were available on the field. The activity continued with live music, modern dance, door prize announcements, flash mobs, and ended with a closing by the MC.
