FIKES UPNVJ - Jakarta, September 16, 2024, the Physiotherapy Department, Faculty of Health Sciences (FIKES) UPN "Veteran" Jakarta held a workshop entitled "Workshop Writing and Publishing Bibliometric Analysis Paper". This activity was held in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia, by presenting the main speaker, Dr. Azliyana Azizan, Health & Wellness Coordinator at Research Nexus UiTM (ReNeU), Office of Deputy Vice Chancellor Research and Innovation, UiTM Shah Alam, Malaysia.
The workshop, which took place in the Auditorium on the 8th Floor of the MERCe Building, Faculty of Medicine, UPNVJ, aims to increase the productivity of lecturers' research, especially in producing quality publications in reputable international journals. This activity was attended by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation, Coordinator of Physiotherapy Study Program for Undergraduate and Diploma Three Programs, Secretary of Physiotherapy Study Program for Undergraduate and Diploma Three Programs, Head of Physiotherapy Department Laboratory, Physiotherapy GKM Team, Physiotherapy lecturers of UPNVJ and lecturers from Poltekkes Aisyiyah Banten.
This event was officially opened by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation, Agustiyawan, SST., FT., M.Fis, Ftr., AIFO, who emphasized the importance of this activity as part of the implementation of cooperation between UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and UiTM Physiotherapy Program. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of developing academic writing skills on an ongoing basis to strengthen lecturers' contributions to international publications.
Dr. Azliyana Azizan in her main session provided comprehensive guidance on bibliometric analysis, while sharing practical insights related to effective methods for writing and publishing research papers. His expertise was highly appreciated by the participants, with various strategies that can be directly applied to improve research results and strengthen the presence of lecturers in the international academic arena. This activity is an important step in strengthening the partnership between UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and UiTM, while also reflecting the commitment of both institutions to encourage academic excellence and increase the visibility of research at the global level.
