PKKMB GIZI 2024 “Preparing the Young Generation for the Challenges and Opportunities of Technology”

FIKES UPNVJ - Depok, August 15, 2024 - With pride, the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta has successfully held an Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) for the Nutrition Study Program, Undergraduate Program 2024 with the theme "Preparing the Young Generation for the Challenges and Opportunities of Technology: Ready to Become Smart and Skillful Nutrition Students in the Era of Advanced Technology". The Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) for the Nutrition Study Program, Undergraduate Program 2024 is one of the functions of the Student Resource Development Division (PSDM) of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2023/2024 period which aims to find out information about the campus environment and departments, introduce students to organizations, create nutrition students who have academic motivation, creativity, and active participation in the field of nutrition and other educational fields, and open students' insights and knowledge about the development of Science and Technology (IPTEK). This activity took place on Friday, August 15, 2024 offline at the Limo Campus of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta.

This event began with an opening by Jingga Putri Naraya, Naila Zahwa, and Andrian Maulana Sungsang Widisantosa as MCs and continued with several remarks from Antonius Gunawan as the chief executive, Fakhrina Fathurrizky as the head of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2023/2024 period, and Dr. Nur Intania Sofianita, S.I.Kom., M.K.M. as the Coordinator of the Nutrition Study Program for the Undergraduate Program of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. After that, the event continued with the delivery of materials, namely an introduction to the nutrition study program, nutrition lecturers, academic supervisors, and job prospects for nutrition graduates by Dr. Nur Intania Sofianita, S.I.Kom., M.K.M. as the Coordinator of the Nutrition Study Program, Undergraduate Program, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, the introduction material for the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) by Fakhrina Fathurrizky as the Chairperson of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2023/2024 period, the introduction material for the Supreme Advisory Council (DPA) of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) by Danendra Matthew Istvano as the Coordinator of the Supreme Advisory Council (DPA) of the Nutrition Student Association (HIMAGI) for the 2023/2024 period. The event continued with an ice breaking session before continuing the event to the delivery of the last material, namely the introduction of the Indonesian Nutrition Student Institute Association (ILMAGI) presented by Olivia Nadine as the Staff of the Department of Education and Profession of the Indonesian Nutrition Student Institute Association (ILMAGI) for the 2023/2024 period and representatives of PHN ILMAGI Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta. Then, the next event was the announcement of the ice breaking and assignment winners and continued with documentation of the announcement of the ice breaking and assignment winners. After that, the event continued with filling in the attendance and evaluation of the Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) of the Nutrition Study Program Department, Undergraduate Program 2024. The event ended with a closing by the MC which was then taken over by the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta to close the PKKMB series of the Faculty of Health Sciences.
