FORHAPS COURSE “Empowering Teamwork: Building a Culture of Affinity through Shared Interest and Common Goals”

FIKES UPNVJ - The FORHAPS Course organized by the Forum of Health Administration and Policy Students (FORHAPS) of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta in 2024 was held on August 4, 2024, online via the Zoom Meeting platform. The event had the theme “Empowering Teamwork: Building a Culture of Affinity through Shared Interests and Common Goals.” The aim of this activity was to enhance and broaden the knowledge of the audience or followers of FORHAPS UPNVJ's social media about teamwork in developing soft skills within the work environment to increase productivity and build high empathy among team members in a company, as presented by the speakers to the audience or followers of FORHAPS UPNVJ's social media.

The FORHAPS Course event organized by the Forum of Health Administration and Policy Students (FORHAPS) of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta in 2024 took place on Saturday, August 4, 2024, online via the Zoom Meeting platform. The event was hosted by the Master of Ceremony (MC), Theresia Miranda Widyastuty. The event began with registration and pretest completion, followed by the opening, reading of the rules, and a group photo session. Then, the audience listened to the Indonesian national anthem "Indonesia Raya," the "Mars Bela Negara," and the "Mars Public Health." Subsequently, there were speeches by Fitria Bustan Nurfianty Azzahra, the Chief Executive of the FORHAPS Course, Raisya Shafa Azzahra, the Chairperson of FORHAPS UPNVJ, Muhammad Raihan Hanif, the Chairperson of HMKM UPNVJ, and Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang, S.K.M., M.Epid, the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Public Health Program. The next agenda included the introduction of the MC, the introduction and reading of the speaker’s CV by the MC, and the presentation of the material by the speaker.

The FORHAPS Course event continued with an ice-breaking session. After that, there was a Q&A session with the speaker, Aisyah Nurseptiana M., M. Psi., Psychologist. The event then announced the winners of the ice-breaking session and the best questioner, followed by the posttest and evaluation. The event concluded with a summary of the material and closing remarks by the MC of the FORHAPS Course 2024.
