FIKES UPNVJ - Nursing Study Program, Undergraduate Program and Nursing Profession, and Diploma Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN Veteran Jakarta held a Management Review Meeting Regarding the Evaluation of Final Projects, Thesis, KTI, and KIAN on Friday, June 26, 2024 at 09.00 WIB online via zoom meeting. The meeting was led by the Head of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Ns. Gamya Tri Utami., M.Kep, and attended by the Head of the Nursing Department, Ns. Cut Sarida Pompey., MNS, Head of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Ns. Laksita Barbara., M.N, all lecturers, laboratory assistants, and administrative staff of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
This management review meeting discussed the evaluation of the final project, thesis, and kti that had been held in the Even Semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year. Students' obstacles in completing their final assignments are related to obstacles in managing ethical tests that take a long time, difficulty focusing because it coincides with clinical practice in the undergraduate program, and decreased student motivation in completing their final assignments.
The hope for the future is that the final assignment supervisor and the role of the academic supervisor can be in line in motivating students to complete their final assignments, and the results of the discussion can be an evaluation to guide students in the next semester.
