FIKES UPNVJ - The name of this activity is An-Nahl Academy 3 KSMI An-Nahl Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta in 2024. This activity is a public speaking workshop with the theme "Overcoming Stage Fright: Conquer Fear and Appear Confidently!". An-Nahl Academy 3 is one of a series of work program activities of the KSMI An-Nahl Student Resource Development Division. The implementation of the An-Nahl Academy 3 KSMI An Nahl Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta in 2024 aims to help master clear and effective communication, help increase self-confidence, develop creativity and innovation, improve critical and problem-solving skills.

The An-Nahl Academy 3 activity was held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 online via the Zoom Meeting platform. This activity was attended by 28 participants consisting of cadres of KSMI An-Nahl, LDF and LDK Uswah UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, students of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, and the general public. This activity lasted for 3 hours and 45 minutes which began with the filling of attendance and pretest by participants and the opening of the event by the MC, the playing of the song Indonesia Raya and Mars Bela Negara, the reading of the holy verses of the Al-Quran by Rajwa Namora. Continued with a speech delivered by M. Elvan Ramdhani as the Chief Executive of An-Nahl Academy. Then, the MC read the CV of the speaker and entered the main event, namely the delivery of material and work analysis by Brother Reza Aulia Akbar, S.T., M.T., MBA and continued with a discussion and question and answer session. After that, the certificate was handed over by the chief executive to the speaker. Next was the ice breaking session and ended with a documentation session, reading of prayers, filling in posttests and evaluations by participants and closing by the MC. After the event was over, the participants were given assignments to submit their work in the form of video speeches. The video will go through a proofreading and assessment process by the speaker, Reza Aulia Akbar, S.T., M.T., MBA. The submission and assessment process will be carried out via a link shared in the participant's WhatsApp chat group.
