FIKES UPNVJ - Public Health Study Program Undergraduate Program Faculty of Health Sciences UPNV Veteran Jakarta held a Management Review Meeting on Friday, 07 June 2024 at 13.00 WIB directly in the FIKES UPNVJ Meeting Room, by discussing 4 main agendas, namely Planning for the Final Semester Thesis Session Even 2023/2024, Placement Test activities for Specialization selection, Progress Achievements of PK/IKU Public Health Study Program, and Advokesma. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang., SKM., M.Epid. as Coordinator of the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program and attended by all study program lecturers.
The meeting began with a presentation from the Choir. The study program is related to the thesis implementation date which will start on 19 - 28 June 2024, so it is hoped that supervisors can encourage their students to prepare themselves well. Furthermore, regarding the implementation of the Placement Test activities, it was decided that they would be carried out the same as the previous year, namely with a direct exam at the UPNVJ campus located in Limo. The next discussion was related to the Progress Achievements of the PK Study Program, it was conveyed that the Public Health Study Program would continue to strive to achieve targets according to directions from the Faculty and University leadership. The final discussion regarding student advocacy (advokesma) focused heavily on inadequate and unavailable infrastructure, as well as obstacles related to teaching and correspondence. The results of the Advokesma will of course be followed up by reporting to the facilities and infrastructure section, and related learning problems will be immediately evaluated and corrected.
