Studi Banding SEMA FIKES UPN “VETERAN” Jakarta Bersama MPM IM FKM UI 2024/2025

FIKES UPNVJ - On ThursdayMay 4 2024, SEMA Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta carried out the SEMA FIKES UPN "VETERAN" Jakarta Comparative Study activity with MPM IM FKM UI 2024/2025 which took place in the Health Sciences Cluster Room, Building C Health Sciences Cluster ( RIK) University of Indonesia (UI), Depok City. The Comparative Study Activity was attended by the Student Consultative Council of the Student Association of the Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia (MPM IM FKM UI).

This comparative study activity is one of the work programs of SEMA FIKES UPN "VETERAN" Jakarta, which aims to expand and establish relationships with MPM IM FKM UI so that collaborative relationships can be established between parties and increase knowledge in carrying out work programs in each Commission/Bureau through exchange of ideas between organizations.

The comparative study event began with an opening by Naifa Athiya Putri Adrianto as the MC representative from SEMA FIKES UPNVJ and Lyandra Syahsabila Adhi as the MC representative from MPM IM FKM UI then the event continued with reading the rules and regulations, singing the songs Indonesia Raya, MARS Bela Negara, and MARS FKM UI. Then the presentation of the safety and sanitary induction video was continued with remarks by Chandiny Suryanti as Chief Executive of the Comparative Study Event, remarks from Fariz Putra Utama Lubis as General Chair of SEMA FIKES UPNVJ and remarks by Ashfa Mardiana Ikhsani as General Chair of MPM IM FKM UI. Followed by the presentation of the Grand Design Organization of SEMA FIKES which was presented by Fariz Putra Utama Lubis and Rosa Maulidia as Chair and General Deputy of SEMA FIKES UPNVJ then continued with the presentation of the Grand Design Organization of MPM IM FKM UI which was presented by Ashfa Mardiana Ikhsani and Ribka Kezia Angelica S as Chair general and Secretary General of MPM IM FKM UI. The presentation was accompanied by questions and answers regarding the work program and what had been presented by both parties.

The next activity was a discussion and question and answer session or Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which was carried out by forming small groups consisting of bureaus or commissions who had similar roles or positions from the MPM IM FKM UI and SEMA FIKES UPNVJ guided by the MC. This FGD activity aims to exchange opinions and information on technical topics and related bureau or commission activities. Followed by the Ice Breaking activity led by Ningrum Padila and Friizy Agustian as those in charge of the Ice Breaking session which was followed by a lunch break and prayer session.

The next event was the delivery of impressions and messages conveyed by Ashfa Mardiana Ikhsani as the representative of MPM IM FKM UI and Alifah An Nasika as the representative of SEMA FIKES UPNVJ. The plaque was handed over by both parties as a symbol of the cooperation between SEMA FIKES UPNVJ and MPM IM FKM UI by Fariz Putra Utama Lubis as General Chair of SEMA FIKES UPNVJ and Ashfa Mardiana Ikhsani as General Chair of MPM IM FKM UI. Followed by a documentation session in the form of photos with all the committee and Comparative Study participants, as well as taking videos for publication on the TikTok application. Followed by the closing of the event by the two MCs and thanks to both parties.

It is hoped that after carrying out this comparative study activity, SEMA FIKES UPNVJ can expand and establish relationships with MPM IM FKM UI so that good cooperative relationships can be established between parties.
