HIMFIS : Education And Softskill “Teamwork And Leadership”

FIKES UPNVJ – A series of Education and Soft Skills events were held which were held by the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta on Sunday, March 3 2024, which was held offline in the 8th Floor Auditorium of the MERCe Building with the theme "Teamwork and Leadership”.

The 2024 Education and Soft Skills activity is one of the work programs held by the Department of Science and Work (ILKAR) which aims to increase insight and knowledge related to teamwork and leadership among students. Activities were carried out in the form of socialization seminars and questions and answers regarding Teamwork and Leadership.

On Sunday, March 3 2024, the activity took place offline in the 8th Floor Auditorium of the MERCe Building. The event starts from 07.30 to 15.15 WIB. This activity was attended by approximately 50 offline participants who came from Internal Students of UPN Vetetan "Jakarta" and External Students of UPN Veteran "Jakarta". This activity was guided by Muhammad Farhan Abigian Widyatna and Hanifa Alya Putri Kirana as the Emcee, who are Active Students of the Diploma Three Physiotherapy Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta class of 2023. Then this activity began with an opening by the MC, singing the songs Indonesia Raya and Mars State Defense, remarks by the Chief Executive of Education and Soft Skills, Chair of the Diploma Program Physiotherapy Student Association, then remarks by the Head of the Diploma Three Physiotherapy Study Program, namely Mrs. Rena Mailani, S.Ft, M. Biomed, AIFO who attended the event that day, followed by group photo by all participants and the committee, reading of the moderator's CV by the MC, reading of the presenter's CV by the moderator, presentation of the first material presented by Mrs. Ns. Fiora Ladesvita, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.MB as Lecturer at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Faculty of Health Sciences, first question and answer session, presentation of the first speaker's plaque, presentation of the second material presented by Bilal Sukarno as Executive Director Young Citizens, session II question and answer, presentation of speaker's plaque II, ice breaking (games), ishoma, third speaker's presentation by Shinto Fitrio, S.AB as Branch Manager of MyFundAction In Indonesia, session III question and answer, presentation of speaker's plaque III, continued with attendance and distribution of door prizes and closing.

The benefit of the Education and Soft Skills activity is to introduce the Physiotherapy Study Program, especially the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Diploma Three Physiotherapy Program, as a forum for health promotion, and to give participants the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Teamwork and Leadership, so that the seminar is one of the suggestions for supports progress in the knowledge and soft skills of the participants present. The end of the 2024 Education and Soft Skills activities will be published on the social media of the Third Diploma Physiotherapy Student Association, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
