General Conference of the Public Health Student Association (HMKM) FIKES UPNVJ Period 2023/2024

FIKES UPNVJ - The 2023/2024 Grand Conference of the Public Health Student Association (HMKM) Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta for the 2023/2024 period was held in a hybrid manner, namely offline at the Tanah Airku Auditorium FTL 5th Floor and online via the Zoom Meeting platform on 24-26 January 2024 from 08.00—16.00 WIB. The purpose of holding this activity is to discuss the 2024/2025 Articles of Association/Bylaws (AD/ART) and the Accountability Report of the Public Health Student Association (HMKM) for the 2023/2024 period of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

This activity was guided by the Master of Ceremony (MC), namely Margaritha Putri Anatasya, student of the 2021 Undergraduate Public Health Study Program. It started with participant registration and opening, followed by reading prayers and reading the rules for the series of activities. Then, sing the songs Indonesia Raya, Mars Defend the Country and March Public Health. Next there was a series of remarks starting from the remarks from the Chair of the Formation Council and the remarks from the Chair of HMKM for the 2023/2024 period.

On Wednesday, January 24 2024 starting at 08.00 WIB. The preliminary session/rules of court began with the attendance of participants for determining the quorum led by Presidium of Provisional Session 1, namely Muhammad Fawwaz, Presidium of Interim Session 2, namely Fitria Bustan Nurfianty Azzahra, and Presidium of Provisional Session 3, namely Puteri Salwa Larasati, which was closed by the reading of the Presidium of Determination of Procedures. Orderly General Conference of the Public Health Student Association (HMKM) for the 2023/2024 Period which was signed by the three Presidiums of the Temporary Session. Furthermore, the determination of the Presidium of the Permanent Session and the Consideration of Determination of the Presidium of the Permanent Session of the General Conference of Public Health Students (HMKM) for the 2024 period were signed by the three Presidiums of the Temporary Session.

The plenary session began with a discussion of the Articles of Association/Bylaws (AD/ART) led by Presidium of Permanent Session 1, namely Simon Josiah Pattiwael, Presidium of Permanent Session 2, namely Jiddan Azizan Hakim, and Presidium of Permanent Session 3, namely Saffana Urfa Setiawan. Considerations for Determining the Articles of Association/Bylaws (AD/ART) of the Public Health Student Association (HMKM) for the 2023/2024 Period which were signed by the three Presidiums of the Permanent Session.

On Thursday, January 25 2024 starting at 08.30 WIB. The follow-up plenary session began with the presentation of the Accountability Report (LPJ) from the Daily Management Board which included the General Chairperson, Deputy General Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer as well as questions and answers. Then, presentation of the Accountability Report (LPJ) from the Communications and Information Division and questions and answers. Then, presentation of the Accountability Report (LPJ) from Social Community and questions and answers.

On Friday, January 26 2024 starting at 08.30 WIB. The follow-up plenary session started with the presentation of the Accountability Report (LPJ) from the Academic Science Division and questions and answers. Accountability Report (LPJ) by the Student Resources Development Division (PSDM) and questions and answers. Accountability Report (LPJ) by the KESIGA Division and questions and answers. After that, there is a Judicial Review (PK) to determine the ratification of the Accountability Report (LPJ). And the activity was closed by the reading of the Consideration of the Determination of the Accountability Report (LPJ) of the Public Health Student Association (HMKM) which was signed conditionally by the three Presidiums of the Permanent Session.
