Matra Health Webinar 2023 "Developing an Early Alert and Rapid Response System for Extraordinary Events (KLB)"

FIKES UPNVJ - The 2023 Matra Health Webinar activity was held which was held by students of the 2021 Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta via the Zoom Meeting Platform. This activity presented 3 resource persons, namely KBP (P) Desak Nyoman Sithi, S.Kp, MARS, PhD as UPNVJ Lectorate, dr. Irma Gusmi Ratih, M. Epid as Surveillance Team of the Directorate of P2P Health Surveillance and Quarantine of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, as well as Marine Major (K) Ns. Ronny Basirun Simatupang, S.Kep. M.Si (Han) as a Health Practitioner for the Indonesian Navy. This activity takes place from 07.30-13.00 WIB on Saturday, 18 November 2023 with the theme "Developing an Early Alert and Rapid Response System for Extraordinary Events (KLB)". This activity is a national webinar activity whose target is open to the public, especially students and workers in the health sector. This activity was attended by more than 400 participants from inside and outside the UPNVJ campus. The aim of holding this activity is to increase the readiness and awareness of students and workers in the health service sector as Agents of Change in the use of EWARS to prevent health disasters.

This activity begins with participant registration, opening the event, singing the songs Indonesia Raya and Mars Bela Negara, a group photo session, remarks from the chief executive, remarks from the course coordinator, remarks from the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program Coordinator, remarks from the Head of the Nursing Department, CV reading and opening of the event. by the moderator, CV reading and presentation of resource person 1's material, question and answer session and handing over of certificates to resource person 1, CV reading and presentation of material to resource person 2, question and

answer session and handing over of certificates to resource person 2, ice breaking, CV reading and presentation of material to resource person 3, question and answer session and certificate presentation for resource person 3, games session, talent show video appearance, announcement of the best questioner, filling in the minutes, filling in the post-test and evaluation, closing.

By holding this Matra Health Webinar activity, it is hoped that webinar participants will increase their insight and application regarding how to develop an early alert system and rapid response to extraordinary events (KLB) in everyday life and in certain emergency conditions.
