Physiotherapy Student Management Skills Training (LKMM) 2023

FIKES UPNVJ -  On Sunday, September 17 2023, the 2023 Physiotherapy Student Management Skills Training (LKMM) activity was carried out with the theme "Forming a Creative and Innovative Leadership Spirit and Solidarity in Organizations". This activity was carried out in the Tanah Airku auditorium, 5th Floor, Faculty of Health Sciences, Campus II Limo, Depok. This event was chaired by Bagas Prasetyo Aji & Imam Susetyo as chief organizers of the 2023 Physiotherapy Student Management Skills Training (LKMM) and Theovanca Mardexa Audrelya & Elang Sangga Batista as host of the event.

 Participants consisted of 110 physiotherapy students from the Undergraduate Program and Diploma Three Program class of 2022. This event aims to increase quality student resources, both managerial abilities and leadership skills, as well as forming a generation of individuals who are professional in their lives and organizations, smart in working and thinking, innovative in  every thought, and capable of every activity.

 This event was opened by the host, followed by singing Indonesia Raya and Mars Bela Negara, then continued by remarks from the chief organizers, Bagas Prasetyo Aji & Imam Susetyo, followed by remarks from the head of the Physiotherapy Department, Mrs. Farahdina Bachtiar, S.Ft, Physio, M.Sc, AIFO as well as opening  2023 Physiotherapy Student Management Skills Training (LKMM) event

 then the event continued with the first material session, namely a talk show with speakers Aqilla Adriani and Hafidz Nur Rahman as chairs of the Undergraduate Program Physiotherapy Student Association (HISFO) and the Diploma Three Program (HIMFIS) as well as class chairs Bagas Prasetyo Aji & Imam Susetyo then continued by the second speaker from Mrs. Rabia, S.Ft,.  M.Biomed by bringing material on Success in Leading

 The event continued with showing roleplays in all groups and continued with ishoma after ishoma was finished, continued with fun debates held in each group, followed by placing PDLs and reciting the Pledge of Solidarity, followed by singing the hymns Physiotherapy and Falling Flowers. The entire series of events was completed with the closing of the event by the presenter.
