FIKES UPNVJ - Batavia Class 2023 is one of the work programs of KSM Batavia which aims to increase the knowledge and skills of all KSM BATAVIA members regarding disaster emergency response in general and specifically according to the study program so that they are better prepared to carry out their roles in locations that are prone or when a disaster occurs including pre-disaster, during a disaster, and post-disaster. The Batavia class will be held March – September 2023 on Saturdays with 8 meetings. The eighth Batavia Class meeting was held offline on Saturday, September 2 2023. This event was attended by 38 participants who looked enthusiastic about participating in the Batavia Class this time. This event lasted for 1 hour 45 minutes from 08.45 – 10.30 and began with filling in attendance, opening and reading the rules, singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya and MARS Bela Negara.

The next program was in the form of remarks from the chief executive of the 2023 Batavia Class by Jelita Putri Nabila and remarks by the head of KSM Batavia for the 2023/2024 period, namely Rahma Wati Dewi.

Then, the program entered the main part which began with an explanation of the rules of the round 1 quiz by the MC, followed by the round 1 quiz, assessment and announcement of round 1. After that, the event entered the ice breaking session.

After entering the Quiz session, Round 1 is complete. Then, continued with the quiz round 2 and began with an explanation of the rules for the quiz for round 2. After that the event entered the quiz session for round 2, the announcement of the winner of the quiz was accompanied by an interview and the announcement of the ice breaking winner accompanied by the awarding of prizes.

After the main event is finished, namely the quiz, the event will enter the final session, namely the symbolic handing over of certificates and group photos.
