PKKMB 2023 Prodi S1 Keperawatan “Exploring Boundless Horizons : Embracing Your Journey to the Nursing Major”

FIKES UPNVJ - The Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PKKMB) activities for the Nursing Department of the Undergraduate Program of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Jakarta Veterans National Development University, Class of 2023, were held by the Student Association for the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program (HM-PSIK) directly at the Business and Business BBPPMPV Building. Bojongsari Tourism. The activity takes place from 11.00 – 15.45 WIB on Friday, 11 August 2023 with the theme "Exploring Boundless Horizons: Embracing Your Journey to the Nursing Major". The PKKMB Department activity was attended by the Chair of the Nursing Department, Coordinator of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Secretary of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Lecturers of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program, Students of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program in Class of 2021 & 2022, as well as New Students of the Nursing Study Program Undergraduate Class of 2023. The speaker in this activity was the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program. The purpose of this PKKMB Department activity is to prepare new students to go through the transition process to become mature students and to introduce learning systems and the life of academics in tertiary institutions by instilling the basic values of education and higher education.

This activity began with the opening, singing the songs Indonesia Raya and Mars Bela Negara, and continued with remarks from the chief executive of the activity, the head of the HM-PSIK, the Head of the Nursing Department, and the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Nursing Study Program. Next, namely the introduction of the nursing department by the Coordinator of the Nursing Study Program for the Undergraduate Program a question and answer session from the two speakers, the presentation of the Nursing Science Study Program Student Association (HM-PSIK), presentation of material (how to chat lecturers properly and correctly, dress code to campus, and campus video tour appearance), question and answer session, ice breaking, BPH 2022 campaign, announcement of video introduction of the most creative participants, group photo session, and closing.

By holding the PKKMB Department activity, it is hoped that all New Nursing Students for the Undergraduate Program in Class of 2023 can provide provision for new students so that they can adapt more quickly to the campus environment (especially learning and student activities).
