Field Analysis of Collaborative Practice and Health Team Cooperation in Buanajaya Village Health Services, Bogor Regency by Group 4 MBKM Students

FIKES UPNVJ - A field study activity on the implementation of cooperation and collaboration of health teams at the Tanjungsari Health Center and the Pasir Tanjung Sub-Health Center, Bogor Regency, West Java, was held, organized by Group 4 MBKM ABN Students, Batch IV, Nursing Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

This activity took place from 08.00 WIB - 12.00 WIB on October 2 - 4, 2024. This activity was attended by representatives of MBKM-ABN Batch IV students (Independent Learning, Independent Campus, Actualization of National Defense) under the guidance of the Field Supervisor Lecturer (DPL), namely Ns. Lina Berliana Togatorop, S.Kep., M.Kep. The purpose of this event is to analyze and provide field analysis related to the process of cooperation and collaboration of health teams at the Tanjungsari Health Center and the Pasir Tanjung Sub-Health Center.
This activity began with the granting of an activity permit letter, a time contract with health workers and medical personnel, then continued with interviews to review the implementation of cooperation and collaboration carried out by medical personnel and health workers at the Tanjungsari Health Center and Pasir Tanjung Sub-Health Center as well as the handover of certificates and souvenirs. All activities have previously received approval from the Head of the Tanjungsari Health Center UPT.

This field study activity aims to provide an analytical overview of the implementation of cooperation and collaboration from the health team in health services, namely the Tanjungsari Health Center and the Pasir Tanjung Sub-Health Center. This field analysis was carried out using the interview method, namely asking several questions related to collaboration and cooperation of the health team in providing optimal health services to the community. MBKM ABN FIKES BATCH IV students conducted interviews with Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Pharmacists, and Laboratory Assistants. The benefit of this activity is being able to understand the process of effective cooperation and collaboration between the available health teams.
