FIKES UPNVJ - The Public Health Study Program, Undergraduate Program, FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta has held a Management Review Meeting (RTM) on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, as part of efforts to improve academic quality and the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This meeting was led by the Study Program Coordinator and attended by permanent lecturers.
In the initial report, the Study Program Coordinator conveyed the progress of the achievement of Education and Research targets, including the achievement of scientific publications, research collaborations, and production of learning media. It was recorded that there have been 13 publications in Scopus journals from the target of 30 publications, as well as one article in Scopus proceedings. The Book Chapter achievement has been met, but the target for textbooks (6 titles) is still in the process of being completed. In the field of learning, lecturers have contributed learning videos for the Even Semester 2024/2025, and the video plotting process for the Odd Semester 2025/2026 will be carried out soon. In addition, the interest selection system through the Placement Test is maintained, with a minimum quota adjustment of 10 students per interest. The meeting also discussed the implementation of Field Learning Practices (PBL) which will be coordinated by Dr. Suparni. Meanwhile, the Professional Seminar activities for each interest such as K3, Kesling, and AKK were reported to have progressed well.
In the discussion session, several lecturers raised the issue of lecturer performance assessment and the interest selection system. The meeting was closed with an affirmation that most of the work program targets had been facilitated and achieved, as well as the Study Program's commitment to continue improving the quality of academic management and lecturer professionalism.
