National Achievement Week (KANESTAN) 2025 FIKES UPNVJ: Increasing the Spirit of National Defense Through the Health Sector

FIKES UPNVJ - Jakarta, April 25, 2025 – The Faculty of Health Sciences of the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta (FIKES UPNVJ) is proud to hold the 2025 National Achievement Week (KANESTAN), a prestigious competition in the health sector with the theme "Defending the Country through Health Achievements." This activity aims to provide a forum for the younger generation, especially students, to compete and innovate in the health sector, as well as integrate the values ​​of defending the country in every aspect of the competition.

KANESTAN 2025 will be attended by students from various universities throughout Indonesia, who will compete in various competition categories, ranging from health research, medical technology innovation, to practical competitions in the fields of public health and nutrition. In addition to competing, participants are also expected to be able to foster a spirit of nationalism and love for the country through this activity.

"As part of our commitment to creating a generation that is not only competent in the health sector, but also has a high sense of nationalism, KANESTAN 2025 is expected to be an event to strengthen the spirit of defending the country among the younger generation," said Agustiyawan, SST. FT., M. Fis., Ftr., AIFO, Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni and Cooperation, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

In its implementation, KANESTAN 2025 also involves experts and practitioners in the health sector as judges, who will assess the best works submitted by participants. Participants are not only tested in terms of technical ability, but also creativity, contribution to the advancement of the health sector, and the relevance of their innovations to the needs of the Indonesian people.

One of the main objectives of KANESTAN is to raise awareness of the importance of individual contributions in building the nation through the health sector. With the theme "Defending the Country through Health Achievements," this competition aims to produce innovative works that can be applied in various health service sectors in the country, as well as support the government's efforts in creating a healthy and productive society.

KANESTAN 2025 is expected to be an important milestone in the development of education quality in Indonesia, as well as a space for the younger generation to show their real contribution in the health sector. This competition will also strengthen relations between universities and increase collaboration in the development of health sciences in the country
