FIKES UPNVJ - Based on the Decree of the Rector of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Number: 1877/UN61/HK.03.01/2024 dated May 31, 2024 concerning the Academic Calendar of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta for the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
In connection with this, we hereby inform the Lecturers and Students of the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta of the following matters:
1. Mid-Semester Exam (UTS) for Undergraduate Study Programs, Masters Study Programs and Diploma Three on April 14-19, 2025.
2. The UTS schedule can be viewed via the link https://bit.ly/JadwalUTSFIKESGenap2425.
3. Exam Preparation:
a. Students can download the exam card on the website https://akademik.upnvj.ac.id/.
b. Achievement of material in accordance with the RPS and Learning Monitoring
c. Coordinating with the coordinating lecturer to determine the UTS material
d. Exam questions must be validated by the head of the study program and integrate the save exam browser (SEB) on the exam questions at https://leads.upnvj.ac.id/.
4. Implementation of the Exam:
a. The exam can be carried out in:
1. Face-to-face/ Offline for courses with paper-based assessment.
2. Online for courses with assessment using the Leads platform with the provision that the exam participants have double devices (1 device for the Leads platform and 1 device for the Zoom application).
b. The lecturer must accompany the exam during the exam.
c. There are no make-up exams unless there are special reasons recommended by the Head of Study Program
d. The results of the UTS Implementation can be reported through SIMPEL Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta.
5. If the exam is taken through LeaADS, the scores can be withdrawn directly through SIMPEL without having to be input manually.
