FIKES UPNVJ - Jakarta, March 14, 2025 The Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta held a breaking of the fast event attended by all academicians, including lecturers, students, and staff with the theme "Non-Technical Skills to Improve Spiritual Competence of Lecturers and Education Staff of FIKES UPNVJ". This event aims to strengthen ties and create an atmosphere of togetherness in the holy month of Ramadan. With the theme "Togetherness in Blessings", this activity is expected to increase the sense of solidarity among faculty members.

The event was opened with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, who emphasized the importance of the moment of breaking the fast as an opportunity to share and strengthen relationships with each other. In his remarks, the Dean also invited all participants to use the month of Ramadan as a time for self-reflection and improving spiritual quality. "The month of Ramadan is the right time to strengthen our bonds as an academic community," he said.

Furthermore, the event continued with a non-technical guidance session guided by several senior lecturers. This session aims to provide insight into the importance of self-development and soft skills for students. The materials presented include time management, effective communication, and leadership, which are very relevant in supporting academic and professional success in the future.

After the guidance session, the highlight was breaking the fast together which was attended by all participants. The breaking of the fast dishes were well prepared, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere among everyone present. This moment was an opportunity for participants to interact with each other and build closer relationships, and feel the joy of sharing food.

This breaking of the fast together and non-technical guidance event is expected to become an annual tradition that not only strengthens relationships between academicians but also improves the quality of education at the Faculty of Health Sciences. With a spirit of togetherness and mutual support, the Faculty of Health Sciences is ready to face challenges in the years to come
