FIKES UPNVJ - On Friday, February 21 2025, an Exposure Meeting for the HMKM Work Program for the 2025/2026 Period was held together with Mrs. Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang, S.K.M., M.Epid. as Coordinator of the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program which takes place offline in the FIKES Meeting Room, Limo, Depok. Apart from that, also present were Mrs. Nayla Kamilia Fithri, S.K.M., M.P.H., as Secretary of the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program, and Mrs. Chahya Kharin Herbawani, S.Keb., Bd., M.K.M., as Head of the Quality Cluster for the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program.

The activity started at 13.10 WIB with an opening led by the General Chair of HMKM for the 2025/2026 Period, Muhammad Hafizh Azzuraiqi, who also read a prayer to open the event.
Next, an introduction was made to the Daily Management Board (BPH) and the Head of the HMKM Division for the 2025/2026 period. The HMKM Daily Management Board (BPH) for the 2025/2026 period consists of Muhammad Hafizh Azzuraiqi as General Chair, Virens Rizaldi as Deputy General Chair, Raeesah Wahlullizar and Isnaini Nur Hasanah as Secretary, and Aatifah Dihyan Callista and Rachielita Shoifia as Treasurer. The Head of the HMKM Division for the 2025/2026 period consists of Nadya Nur Syafina Putri as Head of the Student Resource Development Division, Aditya Ibnu Gunawan as Head of the Social Community Division, Azzahra Athyahanna Harahap as Head of the Academic Science Division, Rifa Neisya Azalia Putri as Head of the Communication and Information Division, and Fauziah Nurussholihah as Head of the Secretariat, Entrepreneurship and Internal Organization Division.
This was then continued with the presentation of the work program carried out by each division head, starting from the Student Resource Development division, followed by the Community Social, Academic Science, Communication and Information division, and closed by the Secretariat, Entrepreneurship and Internal Organization division. On this occasion, the Study Program Coordinator, Study Program Secretary, and Head of the Quality Cluster provided input and suggestions regarding implementation efficiency, relevance to student needs, and efforts to increase student participation in each activity.
After presentations from each division, the Daily Management Board and heads of HMKM divisions for the 2025/2026 period were given the opportunity to ask questions to the Study Program Coordinator, Study Program Secretary, and Head of the Quality Cluster. This activity then closed with prayer and a documentation session led by the General Chair of HMKM for the 2025/2026 Period, Muhammad Hafizh Azzuraiqi. It is hoped that this presentation meeting can be a good first step to ensure the smooth implementation of the HMKM work program for the 2025/2026 period.
