FIKES UPNVJ - The Public Health Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta has held a Management Review Meeting on Monday, November 25, 2024 at 13.30 WIB online via zoom meeting. The meeting was led by the Coordinator of the Public Health Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorangdan SKM., M. Epid. attended by 20 lecturers and the Head of the Public Health Study Program Laboratory, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN Veteran Jakarta. The meeting discussed the preparation for the PBL 3 and thesis defense, evaluation of the implementation of the UTS and preparation for the UAS, and remuneration documents.
Important points discussed in the management review meeting were the guidance of PBL 3 and thesis, the completeness of the remuneration documents, and the evaluation of the implementation of the UTS and preparation for the UAS. The progress of PBL 3 has gone according to plan, although it still faces obstacles such as delays in students starting the program due to company policy, so the PBL 3 exam schedule has been postponed to early December 2024. The completeness of the remuneration documents includes several components including various lecturer tasks, including guidance, testing, and other activities. The UTS evaluation showed findings of cheating and obstacles to online supervision. UAS is planned to remain online with offline options for certain courses through coordination, CBT facilities can be utilized, and remedial measures for low scores. The final thesis defense is planned for January 2025, with most students ready to advance, although some need more attention from the PA lecturer. In addition, it was also discussed that the Faculty of Health Sciences, including the Undergraduate Public Health Study Program, will face the International Accreditation Visitation (ASIIN).
