FIKES UPNVJ - On October 31 to November 2, 2024, the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta has implemented the Activity of Improving the Achievement of Key Performance Indicators & Competencies for the Output of Tri Dharma Lecturers and Excellent Service for Education Personnel at the Mercure Convention Center Ancol, Jl Pantai Indah, Ancol, Jakarta Baycity, North Jakarta, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 14430.

As a university that is always responsive to changes and the needs of the community, the Faculty of Health Sciences UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, always strives to improve existing deficiencies and improve the quality achievements obtained to reach a better level. Science and technology that continue to develop in the world of health require FIKES UPN Veteran Jakarta to carry out comprehensive acceleration in accordance with stakeholder demands in the form of more competitive, competent and innovative health worker services, so that the development of scientific knowledge, skills, philosophy and clinical service practices based on evidence is needed with the preparation of a vision, mission, goals and objectives (VMTS). VMTS which is derived in the form of performance of the tridharma of higher education which is poured out based on indicators becomes a benchmark for increasing the quantity and quality of health education. FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta needs to conduct periodic monitoring and evaluation to ensure that the performance derived in the form of indicators can be achieved optimally. Coordination is something that can support the integration between lecturers, education staff and students so that the achievement of performance indicators can be proven validly (evidence based) by FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.

On the other hand, the increasing development of science and technology in the world of health requires FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta to carry out comprehensive acceleration in accordance with stakeholder demands in the form of more competitive, competent and innovative prime services, so that scientific development, skills, philosophy and training are needed in improving prime education services based on effectiveness and quantity. In addition to development in education services, the development of science and technology in the world of work requires FIKES UPN Veteran Jakarta to improve the quality of services supported by superior human resources as proof that UPN Veteran Jakarta, especially the Faculty of Health Sciences, can compete at the National level.
