RAMAH TAMAH 2024

FIKES UPNVJ - The Ramah Tamah 2024 activity was held on September 17–24, 2024 offline at the Auditorium Tanah Airku on the 5th floor of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Limo Campus. This event has a theme, namely "Navigating the Stars, Shaping the Future with Precision as a Public Health Student". The general purpose of this activity is to introduce the academic community and campus life environment to new students of the Public Health Study Program of the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Undergraduate Program class of 2024. The special purpose is to establish a close relationship and sense of kinship between UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Public Health students, increase knowledge for new UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Public Health students about how to become outstanding students, and provide knowledge about the role of the Head of the Batch.

The Opening and Outstanding Student Talkshow are the first series of Ramah Tamah 2024 activities held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 offline at the Tanah Airku Auditorium on the 5th floor of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. This event was guided by the Master of Ceremony (MC), namely Nadhira Nasywa Cordellia and Destya Putri Maharani Tanjung. The event began with the opening and reading of prayers followed by listening to the songs Indonesia Raya, Mars Bela Negara, and Mars Kesmas. After that, remarks were made by Aditya Ibnu Gunawan as the Chief Executive of the 2024 Friendly Hospitality and Muhammad Raihan Hanif as the General Chairman of HMKM UPNVJ for the 2024/2025 Period. The next event was the reading of the moderator's CV and the reading of the speaker's CV. Then, the Outstanding Student Talk Show and a question and answer session guided by the moderator, Ghaida Ramadhani. Then continued with the presentation of the HMKM Club and the sounding of the 2024 Friendly Hospitality task. The event was closed with a group photo.

The second activities of events  is the Chairman Talkshow which will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024 offline at the Tanah Airku Auditorium on the 5th floor of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. This event was guided by the Master of Ceremony (MC), namely Nadhira Nasywa Cordellia and Destya Putri Maharani Tanjung. The event began with the opening and reading of prayers followed by listening to the songs Indonesia Raya, Mars Bela Negara, and Mars Kesmas. After that, the performance of group 1–6 yells. The next event was the reading of the Moderator's CV, the Head of the Batch Talkshow, and a question and answer session. Then, the event continued with a group Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and the presentation of the results of the FGD. After that, the performance of the Class of 2024, the chants of the 7–11 group, and the exchange of gifts. The event was closed with a group photo.

The third activities of events  is the Closing which will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 offline at the Tanah Airku Auditorium on the 5th floor of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. The event was hosted by the Master of Ceremony (MC), Nadhira Nasywa Cordellia and Destya Putri Maharani Tanjung. The event began with the opening and reading of prayers followed by listening to Indonesia Raya, Mars Bela Negara, and Mars Kesmas. After that, remarks from Mrs. Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang, S.K.M., M.Epid. as the Coordinator of the Public Health Study Program of the Undergraduate Program. Next, the reading of the menfess, ice breaking, short campaigns of the class leader candidates, and the election of the class leader. Then, the announcement of the best participants and the best group, and the screening of the aftermovie video. The event was closed with a group photo.
