FIKES UPNVJ – Pada hari Minggu, 26 Mei 2024 telah dilaksanakan kegiatan turun lapangan berupa PEMERIKSAAN KEBUGARAN JASMANI PADA IBU HAMIL DI KLUB YOGA KLINIK ISMAIL MEDIKA. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa kelompok 3 Kelas B Program Studi Fisioterapi Program Sarjana angkatan 2023. Ketua pelaksana dari kegiatan ini adalah saudari Faryal Ghania Parsa, serta panitia, Klub Yoga Klinik Ismail Medika beserta Peserta.
Pemeriksaan ini dihadiri oleh 8 peserta. Peserta yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini yaitu dari Klub Yoga Klinik Ismail Medika Depok. Kegiatan ini dibuka oleh ketua pelaksana pukul 09.30 WIB. Setelah pembukaan, dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan tentang apa saja pemeriksaan yang akan dilakukan, demonstrasi bentuk pemeriksaan, dan pembagian form pemeriksaan. Selama sesi demonstrasi, panitia yang lain menyiapkan alat yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk pemeriksaan. Setelah itu, peserta dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, kelompok pertama melakukan tes tanda vital terlebih dahulu, sedangkan kelompok kedua melakukan pengukuran tinggi dan berat badan.
Setelah semua peserta melakukan kedua tes awal, selanjutnya peserta melakukan tes pemeriksaan kebugaran jasmani berupa 2 minute walk test, handgrip dynamometer strength test, 5 times sit to stand, dan back scratch. Pemeriksaan dilakukan secara bergantian hingga semua peserta lengkap melakukan empat test tersebut. Setelah pemeriksaan selesai, acara selanjutnya yaitu pembagian bingkisan sebagai tanda terimakasih kepada peserta karena bersedia mengikuti kegiatan ini dari awal hingga akhir. Acara ditutup dengan foto bersama peserta dan pelatih yoga pada pukul 10.30 WIB. Kemudian peserta diizinkan untuk meninggalkan ruangan. (GP)
