FIKES UPNVJ – On Monday, April 22 2024, the Mitigation of the Threat of Wild and Wild Animals: Venomous Snakes activity took place in the RW. 12 Limo Village, Limo District, Depok. This activity was carried out to introduce ways to mitigate and first respond to snake bites to complex security and residents of RW 12, Limo Village, Limo District, Depok. Mitigation activities are carried out in order to fulfill the practical duties of Matra Health for Nursing Professional Students.
This Mitigation Activity was attended by Mrs. Ns. Santi Herlina, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.MB as Matra Health Practices Supervisor, and Mr. Guntoro as RW 12 Complex Security Coordinator who participated in person.
Mitigation activities start at 13.00 WIB. The first mitigation activity was the presentation of material presented by Siti Luthfiana Hasena as a professional nurse student explaining material on "Mitigation and First Treatment of Snake Bites". Then it was continued with a direct practice session on immobilization techniques led by Vk Dielfanie as the demonstrator. Followed by a joint question and discussion session between students, supervisors, complex security and residents, finally closing with a group photo.
It is hoped that by holding this mitigation activity, complex security will become the front guard and residents will be more prepared to face threats in their home environment.
