FIKES UPNVJ – BEM VISIT 2025 merupakan program kerja BEM FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta periode 2025/2026 yang meliputi Biro Media dan Informasi. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan BEM VISIT 2025 untuk membangun relasi, saling belajar dari struktur organisasi dan program kerja masing-masing, serta menciptakan peluang kerja sama strategis dalam skala yang lebih luas, sehingga tercipta pertukaran inspirasi, pembelajaran organisasi, dan semangat kolaborasi yang produktif antar mahasiswa. Rangkaian kegiatan acara BEM VISIT 2025 ini ditujukan kepada seluruh anggota Kabinet Aksi Adikarya BEM FIKES UPN “Veteran” Jakarta dan seluruh anggota BEM Poltekkes Jakarta III.
Kegiatan acara BEM VISIT 2025 dengan tema BRIGHTS “Bridging Minds and Exchanging Insights” yang dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 27 September 2025 secara Offline yang bertempat di POLTEKKES Jakarta III, Jl. Melati 2 No.15, Jatiwarna, Kec. Pd. Melati, Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Acara ini dipandu oleh Grace Yohana dan Arya Duta Lihanda selaku pembawa acara kegiatan BEM VISIT 2025 yang diikuti oleh 67 peserta dari anggota Kabinet Aksi Adikarya BEM FIKES UPN “Veteran” Jakarta 2025 dan seluruh anggota BEM Poltekkes Jakarta III.
Acara dibuka dengan doa yang dipimpin oleh pemandu acara, kemudian menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, Mars Bela Negara, dan Mars Poltekkes III, dilanjut dengan dokumentasi dan rangkaian acara sambutan. Rangkaian acara sambutan dibuka oleh Chantika Aprilia selaku Ketua Pelaksana sebagai ucapan selamat datang kepada seluruh peserta BEM VISIT yang telah hadir, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sambutan dari Ivana Adiba Rahmi selaku Ketua BEM FIKES UPN “Veteran” Jakarta periode 2025/2026, dan sambutan oleh Fiqri Hakim selaku Ketua BEM Poltekkes III, dilanjut dengan sambutan yang diberikan oleh Citra Amania Anhar S. Si., M. Biomed selaku Penanggungjawab Kemahasiswaan Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta 3 dan sambutan berupa video yang diberikan oleh Desmawati, SKP., M.Kep., Sp.Mat., Ph.D selaku Dekan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta.
Rangkaian acara dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan profile oleh Ketua BEM Poltekkes Jakarta III lalu dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan profile oleh Ketua BEM FIKES UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, lalu dilanjutkan dengan melakukan Forum Group Discussion (FGD) dengan pembagian masing-masing biro ataupun bidang, diberikan waktu 60 menit. Rangkaian acara selanjutnya adalah Games yang dimenangkan oleh Ichlasul Adzani (Juara 1), Fitri Indriyani (Juara 2), Feby Fahira (Juara 3), dan Juara Spesial Alvamuna Khairani. Rangkaian acara selanjutnya adalah penyerahan plakat kepada pihak BEM Poltekkes Jakarta III.
Acara dilanjutkan dengan dokumentasi, setelah dilakukan dokumentasi peserta BEM VISIT diarahkan untuk mengisi link kesan dan pesan terkait acara BEM VISIT 2025. Dilanjutkan pembawa acara mengakhiri acara sampai penghujung dengan penutupan acara BEM VISIT 2025 yang dilaksanakan oleh BEM FIKES UPN “Veteran” Jakarta dan BEM Poltekkes Jakarta III periode 2025/2026.
