FIKES UPNVJ – Depok, 12 September 2025 – Dengan rasa bangga, Himpunan Mahasiswa Gizi (HIMAGI) Program Studi Gizi Program Sarjana Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta telah mengadakan kegiatan Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2025 dengan tema “From Motion to Creation: Building a Healthier Future Through Active Living and Nutritious Innovation” pada hari Jumat, 12 September 2025 di Lapangan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta. Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2025 merupakan program kerja dari Divisi Kreasi, Seni, dan Olahraga (Kreasor) dengan kegiatan berupa senam bersama, cek kesehatan, dan penampilan seni yang diikuti oleh mahasiswa Program Studi Gizi Program Sarjana Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta dan masyarakat luas. Kegiatan Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2025 diharapkan dapat mendorong kesadaran mahasiswa Program Studi Gizi Program Sarjana Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta dan masyarakat luas untuk mengimplementasikan gaya hidup sehat dengan berolahraga.
Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2025 terdiri dari serangkaian kegiatan yang diawali dengan registrasi peserta, pembukaan oleh Yehezkiel Firman Anugerah dan Jasmine Putri Hermawan selaku Master of Ceremony, menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, Mars Bela Negara, dan Mars UPN “Veteran”. Kemudian, dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian sambutan oleh Prof. Dr. Ir. Netti Herawati, M.Si. selaku Wakil Rektor Bidang Umum dan Keuangan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta dan dilanjutkan dengan senam bersama serta sesi dokumentasi. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian sambutan oleh Andrian Maulana Sungsang Widisantosa selaku Ketua Pelaksana Aerobic at Limo (AEROLIM) 2025, Naila Zahwa selaku Ketua Himpunan Mahasiswa Gizi (HIMAGI) periode 2024/2025, Prof. Dr. Anter Venus, Drs., M.A. Comm. selaku Rektor UPN “Veteran” Jakarta, dan Nanang Nasrulloh, S.T.P., M.SI. selaku Perwakilan Koordinator Program Studi Gizi Program Sarjana Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah pengumuman pesenam terbaik serta penampilan live music. Kemudian, peserta dipersilakan untuk mengunjungi booth nutripreneur, booth karya seni Nutrition Creativity and Art (NUCA) dan Nutrition Skill Enhancement and Exploration (NURISE), booth cek kesehatan, serta photobooth yang tersedia di lapangan. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan penampilan tari tradisional, modern dance, pengumuman pemenang doorprize, flashmob, dan diakhiri dengan penutupan oleh Master of Ceremony.
