FIKES UPNVJ – Jakarta, 14 Maret 2025, Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta menggelar acara penandatanganan perjanjian kinerja turunan (cascading) untuk tahun 2025. Acara ini dihadiri oleh Dekan, para Wakil Dekan, dan Koordinator Program Studi, yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat komitmen dalam mencapai target kinerja yang telah ditetapkan. Penandatanganan ini merupakan langkah strategis untuk memastikan bahwa setiap unit kerja di fakultas dapat beroperasi secara sinergis dan terarah.

Dalam sambutannya, Dekan Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan menekankan pentingnya perjanjian kinerja sebagai pedoman dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing. Ia menjelaskan bahwa perjanjian ini tidak hanya sekadar dokumen formal, tetapi merupakan komitmen bersama untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan akademik dan administratif di fakultas. "Kami berharap setiap program studi dapat mengimplementasikan perjanjian ini dengan baik agar tujuan fakultas dapat tercapai," ujarnya.

Selain itu, acara ini juga menjadi momen untuk membahas indikator kinerja utama yang harus dicapai oleh setiap unit. Koordinator Program Studi diingatkan untuk menyusun rencana kerja yang jelas dan terukur, sehingga pelaporan kinerja dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efektif. "Setiap semester, kami akan melakukan evaluasi terhadap pencapaian yang telah ditetapkan dalam perjanjian ini," tambah Dekan.

Penandatanganan perjanjian kinerja turunan ini juga mencerminkan upaya fakultas dalam mendukung visi dan misi Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. Dengan adanya sistem pelaporan yang terstruktur, diharapkan fakultas dapat mencapai target-target kinerja yang telah ditetapkan serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan secara keseluruhan. "Kami ingin memastikan bahwa semua pihak berkomitmen untuk bekerja lebih baik lagi di tahun 2025," ungkap Dekan.

Sebagai penutup, acara ini diharapkan dapat menjadi momentum bagi seluruh civitas akademika Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan untuk bersinergi dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Dengan dukungan dari semua pihak, Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan siap menghadapi tantangan dan meraih keberhasilan dalam tahun kinerja 2025.
