FIKES UPNVJ – Telah diselenggarakan kegiatan Ramah Tamah 2024 pada Minggu, 20 Oktober 2024 secara online melalui Zoom Meeting. Acara ini memiliki tema, yaitu “Arabian Nights: Arrange Better Improvement in Organization to Navigate Structure of the Members”. Adapun tujuan umum dari kegiatan ini, untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, informasi, pengalaman, dan ide baru dari HMKM UPN “Veteran” Jakarta kepada organisasi mahasiswa Universitas lainnya serta sebaliknya, sehingga dapat diaplikasikan langsung kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Kesehatan Masyarakat Program Sarjana UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. Adapun tujuan khususnya adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait ilmu-ilmu dalam berorganisasi, membangun relasi dengan mahasiswa universitas lain dalam jangka waktu yang lama serta dalam jangkauan yang lebih luas, memberikan ide serta gagasan baru dalam mengembangkan organisasi, memperkenalkan Himpunan Mahasiswa Kesehatan Masyarakat Program Sarjana UPN “Veteran” Jakarta periode 2024/2025.
Acara ini dipandu oleh Master of Ceremony (MC) yaitu Zulfa Mardhiana dan Salmin dari HMKM UPNVJ 2024/2025. Acara dimulai dengan pembukaan dan pembacaan doa yang dilanjutkan dengan mendengarkan lagu Indonesia Raya, Mars Bela Negara, dan Hymne Universitas Airlangga. Setelah itu, sambutan oleh Rafa Ilham Febriansyah selaku Ketua Pelaksana Study Visit 2 2024, Muhammad Raihan Hanif selaku Ketua Umum HMKM UPNVJ Periode 2024/2025, dan Isna Bella Nindy selaku Ketua Umum HIMAPAR UNAIR. Lalu, pemaparan Grand Design dari HMKM UPNVJ oleh Ketua Umum HMKM UPNVJ serta pemaparan Grand Design HIMAPAR UNAIR oleh Ketua Umum HIMAPAR UNAIR dengan dilanjut ice breaking dan istirahat.
Acara selanjutnya, yaitu sesi Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Sesi Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dibagi menjadi 6 Kelompok. Kelompok 1 diisi oleh BPH HMKM UPNVJ dengan BPH HIMAPAR UNAIR. Kelompok 2 diisi oleh Divisi KA HMKM UPNVJ dengan Departemen Ilpres. Kelompok 3 diisi dengan Divisi Kominfo dengan Biro Humas dan Departemen Medvis HIMAPAR UNAIR. Kelompok 4 diisi oleh Divisi Sosmas HMKM UPNVJ dengan Departemen Sosmas HIMAPAR UNAIR. Kelompok 5 diisi oleh Divisi KESIGA HMKM UPNVJ dengan Departemen Ekraf HIMAPAR UNAIR. Kelompok 6 diisi oleh Divisi PSDM HMKM UPNVJ dengan Biro PSDM dan Departemen Seniora. Sebelum ditutup, terdapat pemberian kenang-kenangan dari HMKM UPNVJ kepada HIMAPAR UNAIR dan diakhiri foto bersama. (AA)
