FIKES UPNVJ – Telah berlangsung kegiatan Seminar Pelatihan Bantuan Hidup Dasar (Seminar Pelatihan BHD) yang diselenggarakan oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan (HM-PSIK) Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta di Auditorium Tanah Airku Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. Kegiatan berlangsung mulai pukul 08.00 – 12.00 WIB pada Sabtu, 25 Maret 2023. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh seluruh mahasiswa S1 Keperawatan Angkatan 2021, Kepala Program Studi Keperawatan Program Sarjana, dan Narasumber. Adapun Kepala Program Studi Keperawatan Program Sarjana yaitu Ns. Fiora Ladesvita, S.Kep., M.Kep., Sp.Kep.MB dan narasumber kegiatan ini Ns. Rycco Darmareja, S.Kep., M.Kep.
Tujuan diselenggarakannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk memahami dan melakukan pengenalan kejadian henti jantung, melakukan penilaian secara cepat tanda-tanda potensial henti jantung, melakukan tindakan aktivasi sistem gawat darurat segera sebelum melakukan pertolongan pertama pada korban kegawatdaruratan, menciptakan mahasiswa Keperawata Program Sarjana UPN “Veteran” Jakarta yang memiliki skill berkualitas dalam bidang kegawatdaruratan, dan melakukan tindakan BHD.
Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pembukaan, registrasi peserta, menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya dan Mars Bela Negara, pemaparan materi mengenai Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD), dan demonstrasi tindakan Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD). Kegiatan ini diakhiri dengan sesi foto bersama dan penutupan.
Dengan diadakannya kegiatan seminar dan pelatihan ini diharapkan mahasiswa Program Studi Keperawatan Program Sarjana dapat mengaplikasikan keterampilan BHD dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan mahasiswa dapat memberikan pelatihan lanjutan bagi masyarakat sehingga penanganan bencana serta pertolongan kegawatdaruratan menjadi lebih efektif.
