FIKES UPNVJ – Telah dilaksanakan kegiatan Study Visit 1 2022 yang dilaksanakan via online melalui Zoom Meeting dari Pada Hari Minggu, 3 Juli 2022pukul 10.30 WIB sampai 14.00 WIB. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, informasi, dan pengalaman HMKM UPN Veteran Jakarta dan untuk menambah relasi. Adapun sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah seluruh pengurus HMKM UPN Veteran Jakarta periode 2022/2023 dan pengurus HIMAGI UPN Veteran Jakarta serta dihadiri oleh sekitar 94 peserta.
Kegiatan Study Visit 1 2022 ini dipandu oleh Winda Nadya, mahasiswa aktif Program Studi Kesehatan Masyarakat Program Sarjana UPN Veteran Jakarta angkatan 2020 selaku MC. Rangkaian acara diawali dengan pembukaan dan foto bersama. Rangkaian acara selanjutnya adalah sambutan dari Ketua HMKM Periode 2022/2023, Ketua HIMAGI Periode 2022/2023, dan dilanjutkan dengan penampilan video Company Profile HMKM UPN Veteran Jakarta. Rangkaian acara selanjutnya adalah pemaparan Grand Design HMKM UPN Veteran Jakarta yang dipaparkan oleh BPH dan para kepala divisi, pemaparan Grand Design HIMAGI UPN Veteran Jakarta yang dipaparkan oleh Ketua HIMAGI UPN Veteran Jakarta lalu dilanjutkan dengan ice breaking.
Rangkaian acara dijeda dengan sesi break Sholat Dzuhur selama 25 menit. Lalu acara dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) oleh MC yang dilanjut dengan peserta memasuki breakout room sesuai dengan divisi masing-masing beserta partner FGD yang telah dibagikan. Saat sesi FGD, masing-masing divisi baik dari HMKM maupun HIMAGI memaparkan Grand Design lalu dilanjutkan dengan sharing pengalaman pengelolaan organisasi. Rangkaian acara yang terakhir adalah pemberian kenang-kenangan dari HMKM UPN Veteran Jakarta kepada HIMAGI UPN Veteran Jakarta lalu MC menutup acara dan mengimbau peserta untuk mengisi link presensi dan evaluasi Study Visit 1.
