Pendaftaran Ujian Skripsi Semester Genap TA.2018/2019

Diinfokan kepada mahasiswa/I Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan UPN “Veteran” Jakarta pada Program Studi Profesi Ners, S1 Keperawatan, S1 Kesehatan Masyarakat dan S1 Ilmu Gizi Bahwa: “batas akhir Ujian Skripsi Periode Semester Genap TA. 2018/2019 adalah tanggal 13 Juli 2019” Pendaftaran dimulai tanggal 27 Juni 2019 s/d 28 Juni 2019, sedangkan Ujian Skripsi dilaksanakan tanggal 1 s/d 12 Juli 2019.

Adapun persyaratan untuk pendaftaran Ujian Skripsi adalah sebagai berikut:

Form Pendaftaran & Map plastik (Sesuai prodi) KTM (masih berlaku) Persetujuan Pembimbing Form A2 & A5

KHS terakhir Print out pembayaran Skripsi telah ditanda tangan Dosen Pembimbing dan Kaprodi discan (satu file)

Hasil Cek Plagiasi dengan Turnitin Skripsi 25% (MENUNJUKKAN SERTIFIKAT ASLI)

(Program S1 : NILAI TOEFL ≥450, Program D3 : NILAI TOEFL ≥400)

Surat Bebas Perpustakaan Fakultas Surat Keterangan Riset (dari tempat riset)

Pas foto hitam putih (Pria: Jas, Wanita: Blazer) Ukuran: 4×6=4 lembar Foto copy

Ijazah SMU: 2 lembar dilegalisir Semua persyaratan tersebut diatas discan jadi 1 (satu) file kecuali Foto dan

Fotocopy Ijazah diserahkan langsung ke Bagian Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan

Peserta Ujian wajib mengisi atau Upload presma.upnvj.ac.id untuk Surat Keterangan Pendamping Ijazah Syarat Skripsi:

Skripsi wajib dilakukan pemeriksaan Similarity Index Turnitin sebelum mendapat persetujuan untuk ujian.

Skripsi yang dikirimkan/diserahkan ke Perpustakaan wajib disertai lampiran hasil pemeriksaan turnitin yang disahkan oleh petugas pemeriksa turnitin dengan ketentuan  (dari Perpustakaan Fikes UPNVJ)

Skripsi batas toleransi kesamaan (Similarity Index Turnitin) Tim adalah 25%. INFORMASI
