FIKES UPNVJ - On Monday, November 18, 2024, one of the student teams from the Nutrition Study Program, Undergraduate Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta, successfully won 1st place in the Nutrition Innovation Competition Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya 2024 in the Food Creations Competition category. The team consists of Hanifah Hasna Ulfah, Rut Priskila, and Devina Ulina Br Siagian with the supervisor Nanang Nasrulloh, STP., M.Sc. The title of the work is ROLLUBI: ROLLS AND PUMPKIN SEED ROLL WITH MACKEREL AND SEA GRAPES FILLING.

This competition was organized by the Nutrition Student Association of the Nutrition Study Program Student Association of Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya with the theme "The Future of Nutrition, Trends and Innovations in Sustainable Nutrition". This event is a national competition around nutritional science which is participated by students throughout Indonesia. The competition was attended by 12 participants from 6 universities, namely the Palangkaraya Ministry of Health Polytechnic of Health, the Padang Ministry of Health Polytechnic of Health, the Surabaya Ministry of Health Polytechnic of Health, the Tasikmalaya Ministry of Health Polytechnic of Health, the Makassar Ministry of Health Polytechnic of Health, and the Semarang Ministry of Health Polytechnic of Health.
