FIKES UPNVJ - Jakarta, November 18, 2024 — Student of Nutrition Study Program of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta, Malin Nur Aeni, with supervisor Nanang Nasrulloh, STP, MSI successfully won a prestigious award as recipient of Indofood Research Nugraha (IRN) grant fund for 2024-2025. Malin Nur Aeni was one of the selected participants from hundreds of participants from various universities in Indonesia.

Malin Nur Aeni received funding from PT Indofood CSR program to support her thesis research entitled "Formulation of High Protein Snack Bar Based on Tempeh and Date Seeds to Increase Muscle Mass and Strength."
This study focuses on the development of tempeh as a local food with quality nutritional value, especially protein. This research is expected to increase the value of tempeh as a local food ingredient that contributes to supporting community health and fitness, especially in improving physical performance.
