FIKES UPNVJ - National Competition The 2024 PFAI Olympic Competition is a competency in academic and non-academic fields intended for students of the physiotherapy study program organized by the Indonesian Children's Physiotherapy Association (PFAI). The 2024 PFAI National Competition is an event where students are required to be able to think critically in remembering and mastering the material and practices that students have acquired. The Quiz Competition consists of three rounds, where the questions presented by the organizing committee in the first round are multiple choice, where participants are asked to access the Google form via the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) to fill it in for 60 minutes, then the total score in one team will be accumulated. In the second round, each team was asked to enter the break out room in turn to answer 'true' or 'false' statements containing statements relating to typical and atypical development cases as well as physiotherapy interventions for children verbally for 15 minutes. In the final round, each team was asked to enter the break out room in turn to answer questions containing cases of typical and atypical development in children and were asked to explain the patholophysiology and physiotherapy management procedures for these children.
This Quiz Competition was held via Zoom Online Meeting on Saturday, June 29 2024 and lasted for 8 hours. The competition begins with the opening of the event, participant preparation, reading of the rules for round 1, implementation of round 1, accumulation of scores and announcement of round 1, reading of the rules for round 2, implementation of round 2, break between accumulation of scores for round 1 & round 2, announcement of accumulated scores & teams who qualify for the final round, reading of the rules for the final round, implementation of the final round, break for determining the winner by the jury, announcement of the winner, and closing. This competition was attended by 23 groups from several universities with physiotherapy study programs, both diploma three, diploma four and bachelor's degree.
On this occasion, the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta sent 2 teams from S1 Physiotherapy and 1 team from D3 Physiotherapy with 3 personnel each. From team 8 UPNVJ consisting of Amazing Grace Ayomihadi, Ghyffara Agathy Putri, and Jelita Putri Nabila, team 11 UPNVJ consisting of Amanda Dian Ferina, Firda Aurelia Puspa and Raisha Muthia Azahra, and team 15 UPNVJ consisting of Varsha Ravita, Anwiena Nimatul Husna and Firly Aldina. In this quiz competition, team 8 UPNVJ and team 15 UPNVJ managed to qualify for the second round. In the announcement of the second round, team 8 UPNVJ took 4th place and team 15 UPNVJ took 5th place.
