HIMFIS: FOSTERED VILLAGE PERIOD 3 “PLAY CLASS”

FIKES UPNVJ – A series of activities for the Fostered Village were held by the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN “Veteran” Jakarta on Saturday, June 8, 2024, which was held offline in Cinere Village with the theme “Play Class”.

The 2024 Fostered Village activity is one of the work programs held by the Department of Social Affairs which aims to foster and provide better health services to residents in villages/sub-districts that need to be fostered and developed so that they can feel the direct impact of the health services provided by Physiotherapy students of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta for 8 consecutive months. The activity was carried out in the form of counseling by serving the community.

On Saturday, June 8, 2024, the activity took place offline in Cinere Village. The event started at 08.00 WIB. This activity was attended by 15 participants, mothers and children from the village residents on Jalan Bumi Ismaya RT 02/07 No.28 Cinere. This activity was guided by Muhammad Farhan Abigian and Hendharta Yusra as the MCs who are Active Physiotherapy Students of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, class of 2023. Then this activity began with an examination session and continued with an opening by the MC, remarks by the Head of the Foster Village Executive, remarks by the Head of the Diploma Program Physiotherapy Student Association, then remarks by the Supervising Lecturer for the Foster Village Activity Period 3, namely Mrs. Mona Oktarina, S.Ft., Ftr., M. Biomed. Then continued with the presentation of material and playing together presented by Mrs. Mona Oktarina, S,Ft., Ftr., M. Biomed. Then the event was closed with singing together, distributing snacks and taking pictures together. The benefits of the Foster Village Activity are to introduce the Physiotherapy Study Program, especially the Diploma Three Physiotherapy Program at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, as a forum for health promotion, and to provide participants with the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the role of physiotherapy in training motor and sensory skills in children aged 1-3 years. The end of the 2024 Foster Village activity will be published on the social media of the Physiotherapy Student Association of the Diploma Three Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
