FIKES UPNVJ - A Community Service activity with the theme "SIGAP: Ready to Prevent Coronary Heart Disease Emergencies as an Effort to Empower the Community in Early Detection of Coronary Heart Disease" has been carried out at the Baitul Malik Foundation, Bumi Indah Grogol Complex rt/rw. 06/01 Grogol Village, Limo District, Depok City, on Sunday, August 11, 2024.
This activity was attended by 50 adults and elderly (35-89 years old) and was organized by the 2024 FIKES PKM Team consisting of Ns. Gamya Tri Utami, M.Kep., Dr. Sudiharto, Skp.M.Kes.,RN., Ns. Guntur Afriyanto, S.Kep., and 5 undergraduate students of Nursing class of 2021 (Dita Amalia Dewi, Sintha Legita Sari, Siti Nurhalija, Pediatricia Zalvo Kanalom, M. Gilang Maulana).
The purpose of this event is to invite and provide early education to the community, especially at the Baitul Malik Foundation, Bumi Indah Grogol Complex rt/rw. 06/01 Grogol Village, Limo District, Depok City, regarding coronary heart disease, causes of coronary heart disease, management of coronary heart disease, and how to overcome coronary heart disease with CERDIK and PATUH.
The series of events for this community service began with a free health check (blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid), then participants filled out a pre-test, reading of the holy verses of the Quran, remarks from the chairman of DKM and representatives of the PKM Team, delivery of material on coronary heart disease and prevention with CERDIK and PATUH, a question and answer session, ice breaking, distribution of door prizes, filling out a post-test, closing, distribution of leaflets and closed with documentation of joint activities.
