FIKES UPNVJ – Pada hari Jumat, 21 Februari 2025, telah dilaksanakan kegiatan Rapat Pemaparan Program Kerja HMKM Periode 2025/2026 bersama dengan Dr. Chandrayani Simanjorang, S.K.M., M.Epid. selaku Koordinator Program Studi Kesehatan Masyarakat Program Sarjana yang berlangsung secara offline di Ruang Rapat FIKES, Limo, Depok. Selain itu, disertai kehadiran Nayla Kamilia Fithri, S.K.M., M.P.H., selaku Sekretaris Program Studi Kesehatan Masyarakat Program Sarjana, serta Chahya Kharin Herbawani, S.Keb., Bd., M.K.M., selaku Kepala Gugus Mutu Program Studi Kesehatan Masyarakat Program Sarjana FIKES UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan Badan Pengurus Harian (BPH) dan Kepala Divisi HMKM Periode 2025/2026, serta memaparkan program kerja HMKM yang akan dilaksanakan selama periode 2025/2026, serta untuk meminta saran dan masukan terkait program kerja yang akan diadakan. Kegiatan dimulai pada pukul 13.10 WIB dengan pembukaan yang dipimpin oleh Ketua Umum HMKM Periode 2025/2026, Muhammad Hafizh Azzuraiqi, yang juga membacakan doa sebagai pembuka acara.
Selanjutnya, dilakukan perkenalan Badan Pengurus Harian (BPH) dan Kepala Divisi HMKM Periode 2025/2026. Badan Pengurus Harian (BPH) HMKM Periode 2025/2026 terdiri dari Muhammad Hafizh Azzuraiqi sebagai Ketua Umum, Virens Rizaldi sebagai Wakil Ketua Umum, Raeesah Wahlullizar dan Isnaini Nur Hasanah sebagai Sekretaris, serta Aatifah Dihyan Callista dan Rachielita Shoifia sebagai Bendahara. Adapun Kepala Divisi HMKM Periode 2025/2026 terdiri dari Nadya Nur Syafina Putri sebagai Kepala Divisi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Mahasiswa, Aditya Ibnu Gunawan sebagai Kepala Divisi Sosial Masyarakat, Azzahra Athyahanna Harahap sebagai Kepala Divisi Keilmuan Akademik, Rifa Neisya Azalia Putri sebagai Kepala Divisi Komunikasi dan Informasi, serta Fauziah Nurussholihah sebagai Kepala Divisi Kesekretariatan, Kewirausahaan, dan Internal Organisasi.
Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan program kerja dilakukan oleh masing-masing Kepala Divisi, dimulai dari Divisi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Mahasiswa, diikuti pemaparan Divisi Sosial Masyarakat, Keilmuan Akademik, Komunikasi dan Informasi, dan ditutup dengan divisi Kesekretariatan, Kewirausahaan, serta Internal Organisasi. Pada kesempatan tersebut, Koordinator Program Studi, Sekretaris Program Studi, dan Kepala Gugus Mutu memberikan masukan dan saran mengenai efisiensi pelaksanaan, relevansi dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa, dan upaya peningkatan partisipasi mahasiswa dalam setiap kegiatan.
Setelah pemaparan dari setiap divisi, para Badan Pengurus Harian (BPH) dan ketua divisi HMKM Periode 2025/2026 diberikan kesempatan untuk bertanya kepada Koordinator Program Studi, Sekretaris Program Studi, dan Kepala Gugus Mutu. Kegiatan ini kemudian ditutup dengan doa dan sesi dokumentasi yang dipimpin oleh Ketua Umum HMKM Periode 2025/2026, Muhammad Hafizh Azzuraiqi. Rapat pemaparan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal yang baik untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan program kerja HMKM periode 2025/2026.
