FIKES UPNVJPada Sabtu, 21 Agustus 2021 telah dilaksanakan kegiatan Symphatic International Webinar Physiotherapy Himpunan Mahasiswa Fisioterapi (HIMFIS) UPN Veteran Jakarta dengan tema “The role of Physiotherapy in the management of long-term effects of covid-19” . Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan online melalui Zoom Meeting yang diikuti oleh 300 Peserta, Dihadiri oleh Mahasiswa/i Fisioterapi dan Fisioterapis lingkup nasional serta Mahasiswa Fisioterapi yang berasal dari 6 Negara yaitu Brazil, Filipina, Pakistan, Malaysia, Singapore dan Taiwan.

Acara diawali dengan pembukaan oleh MC yaitu Zafira Wanda Nurcholiza, dengan membacakan rundown dan tata tertib yang harus dipatuhi selama acara berlangsung. Kegiatan selanjutnya, Sambutan Ketua Pelaksana yaitu Khairunnisa Larasati. Kemudian dilanjutkan sambutan oleh Wakil Ketua Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Fisioterapi yaitu Ailsa Nahda Ahnafa Amsah. Sambutan terakhir oleh Kepala Program Studi Fisioterapi Program Diploma Tiga yaitu Bapak Agustiyawan, SST.FT, M. Fis, Ftr.

Pemaparan materi pertama dengan materi organisasi Indonesian Health Development oleh Ahmad Syakib,S.KM,S.Ft.,M.KM “Interproffesional Education (Multi professional education and work place environment) who has collaborations with other health workers. Effective health care integration included by communication, teamwork, and the commitment." Sesi tanya jawab pemateri pertama yang dipandu oleh Farahdina Bachtiar, S.Ft, Physio, M.Sc, sebagai moderator.

Pemaparan materi kedua Management of long-term effects of covid-19 oleh Mr, Murilo Rezende.“Management physiotherapy for rehabilitation covid – 19 (Aerobic exercise: 3 – 5 sessions per week, duration of 20 – 30 min, Strength training for the lower and upper limbs 2 – 3 session per week, Balance exercise, breathing exercise, and bronchial hygiene)”. Sesi tanya jawab pemateri kedua yang dipandu oleh Farahdina Bachtiar, S.Ft, Physio, M.Sc, sebagai moderator.

Pemaparan materi ketiga  Return to sport after covid – 19 oleh Asep Azis, SSt.Ft. “Physiotherapy is excellent in helping long covid sufferers’ recovery back to normal levels of health and fitness. Health related fitness is a flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strenghth, body composition, cardiovascular endurance”. Sesi tanya jawab pemateri ketiga yang dipandu oleh Farahdina Bachtiar, S.Ft, Physio, M.Sc, sebagai moderator. Setelah 3 sesi pemaparan materi, diadakan sesi ice breaking yang dipandu oleh MC Zafira Wanda yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sesi coffee break. Pemaparan materi terakhir Tele-rehabilitation during covid-19 pandemic oleh Fidyatul Nazhira, S.Fis., Ftr., M. Fis “Telerehabilitation allows for treatment of the acute phase of diseases by substituting the traditional face-to-face approach in the patient-rehabilitator interaction”. Sesi tanya jawab pemateri keempat yang dipandu oleh Farahdina Bachtiar, S.Ft, Physio, M.Sc, sebagai moderator. Sebelum penutupan acara diadakan sesi kuis berhadiah dan juga pembagian doorprize bagi para peserta, dalam acara Webinar International Symphatic ini juga mengadakan 3 kategori berhadiah bagi para peserta yaitu, Twibbon Competition, Most Interactive Participant, dan Quiziz Winner.
