BEFORE FILLING OUT THE CLASSROOM USE FORM (Form is below the table) 
CHECK IN THE TABLE BELOW WHETER YOUR FRIENDS HAVE USED THE CLASS OR NOT. 

AIf you have got an empty class (already discussed with the supervisor and examiner) please fill in below (both for building A and B) for the monitor of the nutrition study program. In addition, if using building A. Do not forget to fill in the MINDIK so that it is not used by other students.
